Special drama ‘Maunatar Mon Bhangena’ will be aired on Bangladesh Television (BTV) at 9:00pm on Saturday.
Written by Rajib Moni Das, the play has been directed by Kazi Saif Ahmed while Afroza Sultana is the executive producer of the telefilm.
The story of the play revolves around a speech impaired girl named Maunata and her struggling life.
About the play, Rajib Moni Das said, “Maunta is a very beautiful girl. She is speech impaired. She can’t speak but can hear and understand everyone. Maunta is well-educated by using his will power. She teaches in a speech-impaired school. One day, a young boy named Kayes falls in love with Maunta. The love stories between Kayes and Maunata, social attitude towards the children with special needs and others have been depicted in the telefilm. I hope the audience will learn something new in the film.”
Actors Golam Kibria Tanvir, Nishat Tasnim Tama, Sujat Shimul, Nithor Mahbub, Shaila Akhter, Asma Sheuli, Farhad Haider and others will be seen acting in the play.
